DUMA AI Studio provides AI-powered photo transformation services that convert user-uploaded images into anime-inspired artwork, which can be printed on various products including t-shirts and art prints.

Our service includes:

• AI image transformation to Japanese Anime-style artwork
• Custom frame and mask applications
• Print-on-demand merchandise production
• Worldwide shipping services

3. Custom Products and No Refund Policy

All products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products:

• No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective
• No refunds will be provided for customized items
• Please review your design, product specifications, and shipping address carefully before placing your order
• We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

4. Image Upload and Content Policy

By uploading images to our service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the uploaded image or have permission to use it
• The image does not contain copyrighted material belonging to third parties
• The image does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content is not offensive, illegal, or inappropriate

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that contain inappropriate, copyrighted, or illegal content.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal through Stripe payment processing
• Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the original price
• Free shipping is included in all product prices

6. Order Processing and Shipping

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
• You will receive tracking information once your order ships
• Shipping times may vary based on location and local postal services
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control

7. Quality and Defects

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund for genuinely defective products.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• No permanent storage - Your original photos are never stored on our servers
• Temporary processing only - Images exist only during the AI transformation and order process
• Automatic deletion - All image files (original, AI-transformed, upscaled, masked) are deleted after successful order completion
• We do not store or use your images for any purpose other than creating your custom product
• Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We use secure payment processing through Stripe and do not store credit card information

9. Intellectual Property

The DUMA AI Studio website, AI transformation technology, and all related content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our service
• The transformed artwork created by our AI becomes part of your custom product
• You retain rights to your original uploaded images

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUMA AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Age Restrictions

Our service is intended for users 13 years and older. Users under 18 must have parental consent to use our service and make purchases.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
